It’s so simple and easy to use. – The first rule of painting, no matter what you paint is to have a set of painting clothes. – First thing to do is make sure your paint is well stirred. Once that’s done, pour into a container. – With the rust effect you’ll need to apply with a brush, so pick the one that best suits the job. A wall will need a wide brush and a statue or a pot, a little smaller. – Use random strokes in different directions until you have complete coverage. – Next is to the let the Rust Effect dry for about 12 hours before applying a second coat. Same deal as the first. Random strokes and complete coverage. – Give this second coat another 12 hours to dry and we are ready for the special Rust Effect Solution. This is the special ingredient which adds the amazing transformation. – Wearing safety glasses and gloves, pour the solution into a container and grab a clean brush. – Apply liberally and brush on in random strokes making sure everything’s covered. – To accelerate the rusting effect, spray water over the painted surface 2 to 3 times. – The rusting effect will increase over time.
