Getting water to your plants is pretty important if you want them to grow and thrive.

With many of us wanting a good looking garden but having minimal time to spare, there are smart ways to apply water but knowing where to start, begins with a trip to your local hardware store.

Hands up if you’ve wondered into the irrigation aisle at your local Mitre 10 and have just stood there, not knowing where to begin. Thankfully there is always someone handy to can offer some mighty helpful advice.

Apart from hoses and sprinklers, there are a number of very smart ways to direct water to your plants
– Drippers
– Sprayers
– Bubblers
– Shrublers
