The Green Army is a hands-on, practical environmental action program that supports local environment and heritage conservation projects across Australia.

Right now, local environment and heritage conservation projects across Australia are powering away thanks to the very hands-on and practical work being undertaken by the very aptly named ‘Green Army’.

Are you aged between 17 and 24 and interested in gaining practical training and experience while being paid to work in your local environment?

The Green Army is open to school leavers, gap year students, graduates, and job seekers.

Green Army members are be paid an allowance, gain practical skills, training and contacts.

Have an opportunity to do accredited training modules to help prepare for the workforce or improve career opportunities. Plus other people who are as interested in helping to deliver real benefits for the environment.
